There’s a moment that so many women reach, and it’s hard to pinpoint exactly when it happens.
You walk into a room and don’t feel seen in the same way. You stop choosing clothes that express you and start choosing what’s “fine.” You speak a little less. You hold back a little more. Somewhere along the way, without really noticing, you begin to feel… invisible.
And here’s the thing — this isn’t because you’ve lost something.
It’s because your Radiant Body has gone offline.
In Kundalini Yoga, the Radiant Body is your energetic projection. It’s your presence. It’s that feeling people get around you before you’ve even said a word.
It’s not about how you look or confidence in the way we’re taught to think about it. It’s the part of you that says, “I am here, and I don’t need to prove it.”
When your Radiant Body is strong, you don’t chase validation or approval— you are the validation. You feel grounded, clear, and quietly powerful. You trust your decisions. You take up space without apology.
And when it’s weak?
You second guess yourself.
You shrink.
You people please.
You disappear in your own life.
This isn’t random. It doesn’t just “happen with age,” even though that’s often what we’re told.
It’s a layering.
Years of putting everyone else first.
Years of overriding your own needs.
Years of adapting, softening, managing, holding it all together.
Add in hormonal shifts, changing roles, and the emotional load most women carry, and it’s no wonder the Radiant Body begins to dim.
You haven’t become invisible.
You’ve just become disconnected from your projection.
Most women don’t walk around saying “I feel invisible.” It shows up in quieter ways:
And often, underneath all of that, there’s a deep craving:
“I just want to feel like myself again.”
This is where we often go wrong. We think we need more confidence, more mindset work, more strategies.
But the Radiant Body isn’t built through thinking.
It’s built through embodiment.
Through breath.
Through movement.
Through nervous system regulation.
Through practices that bring you back into your body, not just your mind.
Because your radiance isn’t something you create.
It’s something you allow.
When you begin working with the body — really working with it — things start to change in a way that feels almost surprising.
You speak more clearly without forcing it.
You stop over-explaining yourself.
You feel more anchored in who you are.
You walk into a room and feel… present again.
Not louder.
Not “better.”
Just fully there.
And people feel that.
If you’ve been feeling invisible lately, this is your nudge that nothing has gone wrong.
You haven’t lost your confidence.
You haven’t lost your power.
You haven’t become less of who you are.
You’ve just drifted away from your Radiant Body.
And the beautiful thing is — you can come back to it.
Gently.
Consistently.
In a way that actually supports your nervous system, your energy, and your life as it is now.
Because this stage of life isn’t about fading.
It’s about refining your presence in a way that is deeper, steadier, and far more powerful than anything that came before.
