Your 6 week transformation

Each class starts at 7am UK time and runs for 30 minutes.
All classes are recorded and these classes are suitable for all levels

Zoom Links will be sent out the day before the first class. You won't need any fancy equipment, just somewhere comfortable and space to move.

The recorded classes are available throughout the six weeks and for four weeks after the series ends (until 2nd June). I shall email the links for the catch ups for you, so don't worry if you sleep in.

That being said, what you receive from being there live is far more valuable, as you will feel the group energy and the timing of the class is perfect for the week ahead.

The cost includes all six live classes and access to the recordings. .
