So, about a year ago now, I began a daily Mindset practice to enhance my Yoga & meditation.
And I am not always great at keeping to a daily practice – however this is GOLD!
I found a method that worked for me, Simple and effective, I found that my positive mindset work affected my day and made everything brighter.
So what did I do? – well here it is
Then keep this positive mindset practice up throughout the day by having a couple of alarms on my phone to remind me to look at my affirmation or listen to them.
Listen to inspiring audio books playing on the car or on my headphones while walking or working out.
I literally soak my mind with positivity to keep that vibration high throughout the day.
During my Yoga & Spiritual journey I discovered Kundalini Yoga, a profound transformational style of Yoga. Using movement, mudra (hand gestures), eye gaze & mantra (chanting) Kundalini Yoga gets you to a higher state of consciousness fast. I found, as a busy working Mum, that I could easily incorporate this practice into my day and I felt the benefits fast. That is why I created the Kundalini Connections Studio, so I was able to share my teaching style and gift you the incredible beneficial feelings and sense of peace that this Yoga creates,.
