To do so, simply email me at info@realjoyoga.com within those 14 days, and I’ll process your refund — no interrogation, no pressure, no hard feelings.

A few important notes for clarity and fairness:

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
• After 14 days, all sales are final
• Refunds are not available once the programme has been completed or after significant content has been accessed beyond the initial period
• 1:1 sessions (where applicable) must not have been used to qualify for a refund
